1. Obtain a ProArts Cross-Registration Form from you Registrar
(Note: There is a sample form available for you to view by following the link at the left).

2. Determine the course you want to take by consulting the SPRING 2008 Cross-Registration Course Listings links online.

3. Complete the Cross-Registration Form and obtain the signature of your Registrar at your home institution. Note: some schools also require the signature of your Advisor on your form– contact your Registrar to see if this is applicable for you.

4. Take your completed Cross-Registration Form to the Registrar of the host institution for approval as early as possible in the cross-registration period to increase your chances.

5. Return your completed form to your home Registrar to complete the process.
